PURPOSE: A water dispenser and a water purifier with a leak detection apparatus is provided to rapidly manufacture an ice at the ice manufacturing mode. CONSTITUTION: A water dispenser and a water purifier comprises a leak detection apparatus(100). The leak detection apparatus comprises a drain rail member(110A) and a water leakage sensor(120). The drain rail member(110A) is mounted at the housing and has a slope part(111a). The water leakage sensor is mounted at the slope of the drain rail member. The water leakage sensor has a PCB and a sensing member(123). The PCB is arranged at the top and the sensing member is mounted at the lower part. The drain rail member includes the cushion member which is mounted at the lower part of housing and the water leakage sensor is mounted at the slope part of the cushion member.
