PURPOSE: A room temperature type thermoelectric element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement Seebeck effect without additional heating source in room temperature and to stably produce power. CONSTITUTION: An internal vessel(200) accommodates liquid nitrogen(100). The internal vessel is made of a metal or a polymer. The temperature of the liquid nitrogen is -196°C or below. A thermal conduction material(300) is arranged in the external wall of the internal vessel. The thermal conduction material is made of a P-type semiconductor(310) and an N-type semiconductor(320). The outer container(400) is composed of the outer substrate of the thermal conduction material.
