PURPOSE:To rapidly obtain an accurate measured value by forming the part of a jacket tube coating a conduit from the middle to the end with a spiral tube to perform cleaning with a high degree of accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The conduit 15 is integrally formed in succession to a line tube 24 in the pipet of an automatic analyzer for biochemical analysis, etc., and the jacket tube 14 made of 'Teflon(R)', plastics, etc., is provided on the outside of the tube. An opening is provided to the intermediate part 16 in the lengthwise direction of the jacket tube 14 and the end part 18, the conduit 15 is drawn out from the intermediate part 16 to the surface of the jacket tube 14, spiral wound as a spiral conduit 20, and again inserted into the inner surface of the jacket tube 14 from the end part 18. Consequently, an analyte, a dilute analyte, etc., remaining in the conduit are cleaned while rapidly generating a turbulent flow. Accordingly, cleaning is sufficiently performed with a high degree of accuracy, and an accurate measured value can be rapidly obtained. |
