PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus capable of producing homogeneous product by dividing the space of a silo in all directions, and subsequently dividing, flowing down and depositing the bulk material in each partitions by means of a distributor equipped pivotly in the silo, and by jointing the divided streams together at the time of discharging from the nozzle of the lower part of the silo, thereby preventing resegregation of the bulk material. CONSTITUTION:The charged bulk material is fallen and divided successively into each partitions which are divided with a dividing plate 5 by rotating the distributor 7 in the silo comprising a cylindrical shaft part 2 and a conical parts 3, and the divided streams are jointed at an end part of the dividing plate of the discharging nozzle 8 provided at the lower part of the silo, followed by mixing and discharging it. When >=2 kinds of the bulk materials are mixed, the different kinds of the bulk materials are filled in each partitions and at the same time, are discharged, thereby obtaining a mixture thereof. When the bulk materials having an uneven quality make homogeneity, the desired mixing effect is attained by setting up suitably the rotating speed of the distributor. |
