PURPOSE:To easily add new information to an image which is being displayed, and also, to write its information to a recording medium by superposing and providing a coordinate input part which is constituted of a transparent body, on a liquid crystal display plate. CONSTITUTION:The titled projector is provided with a coordinate input part 12 constituted of a transparent body which is provided on a liquid crystal display plate 10 of a transmission type. When an arrow, etc. are drawn on the coordinate input part 12 with a pen against an image of the liquid crystal display plate 10, its coordinate is read by a coordinate read part 24, and they are displayed by following its coordinate on the liquid crystal display plate 10. In case it is desired to register this image data in a recording medium, its fact is transmitted to a data processing part 26 through a function mode read part 25 by selecting a registration switch from a switch group 14, and written in the recording medium by a data storage device 24 through a data input/output part 22. Also, in case of executing an enlargement and a reduction of the image, they can be executed easily by selecting a switch of an enlargement or a reduction, and indicating both ends of a diagonal line of its area with a pen.
