PURPOSE: A method for producing bioethanol is provided to recycle waste resource, to reduce cost for disposing food and beverage waste, and to prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bioethanol comprises: a step of collecting food and beverage waste containing sugar; a step of fermentation waste liquid or single ingredient to the food and beverage waste; a step of pre-treating the food and beverage waste; and a step of adding yeast to the food and beverage waste and fermenting. The fermentation waste liquid or single ingredient contains crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, coarse fiber, coarse ash, or a mixture thereof. The single ingredient contains DDGS(Distiller's Dried Grain with Soluble).
