PURPOSE: A high isolation RF(Radio Frequency) switch using coupled lines capable of improving the isolation characteristic of a circuit is provided to set up the characteristic impedance value of a transmission line bigger than a reference impedance value using the coupled lines. CONSTITUTION: A circuit consists of a coupled line(100) including an RF switch; multiple transistors(S1,S2) and resistance. The transistor is operated as ON or OFF according to the bias applied to a gate voltage. A first metal line(110) is placed virtually in parallel with a second metal line(120). The first metal line is connected to an input port(P1) and an output port(P2). Both ends of the second metal line are connected to each separate switch. The first transistor is placed between the input port and GND. The second transistor is placed between the output port and the GND. |
