PURPOSE: A method for providing location information in a mobile communication system is provided to adaptively determine a PSC that a location detecting device uses in the mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: A PSC(Primary Scrambling Code) of a measurement execution result is a reserved PSC, a location measuring server detects LD(Location Detection) device information on which the reserved PSC is mapped through a database(417,419). The location measuring server detects p-cell information of p-cell in which UE(User Equipment) is located(421). The location measuring server determines location information of the UE using the detected LD device information and the detected p-cell information(423). |
