PURPOSE: A home appliances and an online system including the same are provided to perform a new function or extend functions as well as natural functions of the home appliances without a change of hardware of the home appliances. CONSTITUTION: A server(10) receives information about home appliances and user information when log-in is performed. The server receives information about a specific home appliance for a service request among the home appliances after the log-in. The server determines a home appliance corresponding to the information about the home appliances and the user information. The server requests state information to the home appliance. The server receives the state information from the home appliance. The server transmits the received state information to an external terminal(40).
