PURPOSE: A bio gas flare stack device is provided to reduce a nitrogen oxide generation amount without supplying of power. CONSTITUTION: A bio gas flare stack device comprises a combustion device(20), an air inlet(30), an insulation treatment furnace(40), and a gas exhaust port(50). The combustion device is provided with the biogas and combusts. The combustion device is inserted into the air inlet and comprises a plurality of the air inlet paths. The insulation treatment furnace generates a flame which generates a low-nitrogen oxidation by using air in which flow to the air inlet. The gas exhaust port is connected to the insulation treatment furnace.
