PURPOSE: A hydroelectric power generator is provided to reduce the number of thermoelectric power plants as the efficiency of the hydroelectric power generator increases. CONSTITUTION: A hydroelectric power generator includes a receiving part(2) for water flowing into the upper part of a center shaft(1), and a turbine blade is installed under the receiving part. Each blade is spirally connected to each other and is formed in a spiral pipe blade(3). The spiral pipe blade is fixed to the center shaft and includes water discharge holes. A turbine with the spiral pipe blade delivers water pressure energy to the blade under the receiving part, and the water flows along the spiral pipe blade to generate power. The water reduces frictional resistance. The upper inlet of the spiral pipe blade is gradually wider to prevent the water pressure energy from being applied to the upper surface of the spiral pipe blade.
