PURPOSE: A center muffler unit for vehicle is provided with the reduced weight and manufacturing costs as a hanger and a hanger bar are not necessary. CONSTITUTION: A center muffler unit(1) for vehicle includes inner pipes, insulators, and outer pipes. The inner pipes include fluid paths for exhaust gas and a plurality of through-holes on the outer surface. The insulators wrap the inner pipes and block the heat from the exhaust gas flowing in the fluid paths. The outer pipes wrap the insulators. A first ring(41) for preventing an exhaust leakage and absorbing a thermal expansion is formed between the inner periphery of the end of the outer pipe and the outer periphery of the end of the inner pipe. The inner pipes, the insulators, and the outer pipes are divided into front and rear. The front of the inner pipe is inserted into the rear of the inner pipe. A thermal expansion absorbing unit is formed between the front of the inner pipe and the rear of the inner pipe. [Reference numerals] (AA) Front area; (BB) Rear area
