SYSTEM FOR PATENT NETWORK ANALYSIS USING SEMANTIC PATENT SIMILARITY AND METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A patent network analysis system and patent network analysis method using the same are provided to obtain information for a core patent, grouped patent characteristics, and the technical capability of competitors by creating a patent network based on similarity between patents. CONSTITUTION: An external patent DB(Database)(300) stores analysis target patent documents. A client receives a keyword for an analysis target. A patent network generation server(100) extracts an SAO(Subject Action Object) structure from patent documents by collecting and searching the patent documents from an external patent DB based on the keyword. The patent network generation server generates a patent network and patent network information by generating a similar matrix by extracting similarity between the patent documents from the SAO structures. A DB(200) stores the patent document, the SAO structure, the similar matrix, the patent network, and the patent network information.
