PURPOSE: An integrated structure of an air cleaner with a resonator is provided to be mounted instead of an engine cover and to be coupled with a narrow engine room as the bottom surface of the structure is flat. CONSTITUTION: An integrated structure of an air cleaner with a resonator comprises a body(100), a volume part(300), and a cover(200). The body is formed in a box shape that the upper part is open and forms a lower part of the air cleaner. The resonator is integrally assembled to the one side of the body and a through-hole(121) is formed between the lower part of the air cleaner and the resonator. The volume part faces the lower part of the air cleaner, and is placed at one side of the resonator. The cover is connected to the upper side of the body and formed into an extended shape for shielding the upper part of the volume part. The cover comprises a fluid path, and air form one side of the air cleaner is purified by passing through an element. The air moves to the volume part by the fluid path. A clamp for fixing the cover is mounted on the upper end of the body.
