PURPOSE: An external combined carrier is provided to prevent the inflow of rainwater into a vehicle and to enable a seasonless use by using a ski carrier during the summer rainy season. CONSTITUTION: An external combined carrier comprises an umbrella for rain shields, an umbrella box, and a safe cover. The umbrella for rain shields emerges from the side of a ski carrier and is subsequently folded. The folded umbrella is inserted into the umbrella box and the safe cover closes. Rain shields are installed on the side of the ski carrier. The umbrella box is mounted at the lower part of the carrier.
