PURPOSE: A thermopile package including a plurality of thermocouples is provided to form the compact thermopile package by making the distance longer between a low temperature unit and a high temperature unit. CONSTITUTION: A first pole(11,21) includes bismuth telluride. The first pole is extended along a first axis. A second pole(12,22) includes antimony telluride. The second pole is electrically connected to one end of the first pole. Thermocouples(10,20) are connected in serial. |
