PURPOSE:To improve the controllability of a titled device by transmitting a target flow rate value and a remaining quantity after presetting at every specified period from a main control device to slave control devices, monitoring the contents of the slave devices and eliminating the delay in the transmission time. CONSTITUTION:A digital type master controller 13 transmits a target integrated flow rate value and a target instantaneous flow rate value at every specified period as serial data to a serial data transmission line 18 in accordance with a programmed pattern. Respective digital type slave controllers 11A-11C count the pulse signals outputted by pulse transmission type flowmeters 12A-12C detecting the flow rates of the plural articles A, B, C to be mixed, and determine and store the integrated flow rate value and instantaneous flow rate value of the articles. Said controllers determine the controlled variables of the respective lines that make the deviations from the values obtd. by multiplying the target flow rate value from the controller 13 by the mixing ratios of the respective lines zero and control operation terminals 14A-11C. On the other hand, the controller 13 receives the above-mentioned integrated and instantaneous flow rate values, checks the mixing ratios and outputs correction signals when necessary. |
