PURPOSE: An apparatus for coating the rear edge of a pen needle with silicone is provided to automatically and effectively conduct a coating process of the rear edge of a pen needle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for coating the rear edge of a pen needle with silicone comprises a mounting part(101) which is formed on a worktable(100), and has a coating liquid tank(200) and a coating liquid storage collecting tank(300). A first and second jig station(120,130) are respectively installed in the side parts of the coating liquid tank and the coating liquid storage collecting tank. A rectangular frame(110) is mounted on the upper side of the pillar(112). A sliding element(150) is transferred by a horizontal cylinder(140) along a guide rail(114) mounted on the rectangular frame. First to third lifting cylinders(410,420,430) are respectively installed on the sliding member. First to third grip units are respectively mounted on the first to third lifting cylinders. An air injector is mounted on the third grip unit.
