PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent mechanical characteristics, adhesion, weather resistance, gloss and moldability, consisting of a propylene polymer, a specified modified propylene polymer and a linear low-density ethylene copolymer. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. propylene polymer or mixture (a) thereof with not more than 40wt% ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber is heat-treated in the presence of 0.1-50pts.wt. org. compd. (b) having at least one unsaturated bond and an OH group per molecule [e.g., 2-hydroxyethyl(meth)-acrylate] and 0.01-20 pts.wt. org. peroxide (c) (e.g., dicumyl peroxide) to obtain a modified propylene polymer (B). Not less than 15wt% propylene polymer (A) having an MFR of 1.0-100g/10 min is blended with 5-50wt% component B and a linear low- density ethylene copolymer (C) having a density of 0.900-0.935g/cm<3>, an m.p. of 106-130 deg.C, an MI of 0.0l-100g/10 min and 3-35 side-chain 1-10C alkyl groups per 1000 carbon atoms in its main chain in such a proportion that the content of the component (b) is 0.01-10wt%. |
