摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing lithium transition metal phosphate is provided to mass-produce the lithium transition metal phosphate having the uniform particle size distribution, high purity, and various physical properties at an affordable price, and to manufacture the lithium transition metal phosphate having an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing lithium transition metal phosphate comprises: a step of placing an electrolyte solution containing lithium ion, transition metal ion and phosphate ion in an electrochemical reactor; a step of synthesizing precursor of lithium transition metal phosphate from the electrolyte solution by applying a voltage to the working electrode with the cyclic voltammetry; and a step of heat-treating after collecting the synthesized precursor of lithium transition metal phosphate. The transition metal ion includes one type of ion selected from the group consisting of iron ion, manganese ion, cobalt ion and nickel ion. At least one electrode among the working electrode and the counter electrode of the electrochemical reactor includes a metal mesh. At least one electrode among the working electrode and the counter electrode includes a platinum mesh. The reference electrode of the electrochemical reactor includes the saturated calomel electrode.
