The present invention concerns concerns immunology and in particular the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions which contain a humanized monoclonal antibody which recognizes the leukocyte differentiation antigen CD6. In accordance with the disclosure, the aim of this invention is to provide pharmaceutical compositions containing an anti-CD6 humanized monoclonal antibody for the diagnosis and treatment of Lymphoprofilerative Syndromes in particular B-Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia.
