PURPOSE: A portable digital multi-reader is provided to confirm a test method and the result through an LCD display, to monitor health condition, and to early diagnose diseases. CONSTITUTION: A portable digital multi-reader(100) comprises: a strip read unit which extracts diagnosis information from a diagnostic strip(10); a control and analysis unit which converts the diagnosis information into digital information, and analyzes and diagnoses the health information; a display unit which outputs the analyzed health information; and a communication module which communicates the analyzed health information to an external PC or a hospital information system. The control and analysis unit comprises: an ADC for analyzing health information value; an MCU which analyzes the health information converted into a digital signal; and a memory unit which stores data.
