PURPOSE: A marker for early diagnosing hip joint dysplasia in a dog is provided to specially care a dog with risk of hip joint dysplasia and to predict genetic information. CONSTITUTION: An SNP for early diagnosing hip joint dysplasia in a dog contains one or more polynucleotides selected from polynucleotides containing 10 or more bases containing each SNP base or complementary polynucleotide thereof. A microarray for early diagnosing dysplasia contains the SNP polynucleotide, polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide, or cDNA thereof. |
