JIG FOR WORKING DOVETAIL OF GAS TURBINE BLADES

PURPOSE: A jig for processing a dove tail of a gas turbine blade is provided to easily process the dove tail of the gas turbine blade with a small plane grinder, to reduce time required for grinding, and to improve processing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A jig for processing a dove tail of a gas turbine blade comprises a base plate(10), a roll dresser(20), a dresser position correcting motor(30), a dresser control member(40), a left dove tail fixing member(50), a right dove tail fixing member(50'), a left airfoil clamping member(60), and a right airfoil clamping unit(60'). The roll dresser is installed in the upper central portion of the base plate, thereby grinding a grinding stone being mounted in a plane grinder. The dresser position correcting motor moves the roll dresser up and down. The dresser control member drives or decelerates the roll dresser.
