PURPOSE: An extraction method of a collagen composition from the skin of squid, and whole bean curd containing thereof are provided to obtain more collagen composition with the low molecular weight. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of a collagen composition from the skin of squid comprises the following steps: preparing the squid skin, and drying and crushing the squid skin to obtain powder; mixing the squid skin powder with 0.05-0.20N sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and stirring the mixture at 1-10 deg. C for 12-30 hours; neutralizing and washing the squid skin without non-collagen protein; mixing 100 parts of washed squid skin powder by weight, 200-700 parts of water by weight, and 0.01-0.5 parts of neutrase by weight, and firstly hydrolyzing the mixture for 30-180 minutes; adding 0.01-0.5 parts of standard flavourzyme enzyme to the first hydrolysate, and secondly hydrolyzing the mixture for 30-180 minutes; and filtering and drying the second hydrolysate. |
