PURPOSE: A push message transmitting method through a communication network is provided to transmit a large amount of push messages by data communication and to transmit the push message in response to confirmation of reception of the push message through a wired and wireless network communication network. CONSTITUTION: In case that there is no reception rejection from a recipient terminal(S6), a push server transmits a corresponding push message to the recipient terminal. The push server receives information showing an application for push message reception is not installed in the recipient terminal, and reception rejection or non-received information. The push server transmits data including a push message to be transmitted to the corresponding recipient terminal to a server of a mobile communication provider. The server of a mobile communication provider transmits a push message data received from the push server to a corresponding recipient terminal through a mobile communication network(S11).
