PURPOSE: A learning device for systemizing and managing learning files is provided to check the recorded learning process for pronunciation by the dates and months, and to easily confirm the improved progressed of a user's pronunciation. CONSTITUTION: A learning device for systemizing and managing learning files comprises the following steps: A learning device(100) comprises a time clock measuring unit(110), a temporary data recording unit(120), a learning data generating unit(130), a file name generating unit(140), a learning file generating unit(150), a learning file setting unit(160), and a controller(170). The time clock measuring unit measures the information on the clock including the non-stop dates and times. The temporary data recording unit records the native speaker's pronunciation information and the learner's pronunciation information every period between pauses and then plays. The learning data generating unit produces learning information by uniting successfully the temporary recorded pronunciation information by the temporary data recording unit in correspondence to a record stop signal generated by a completed record of the user. The file name generating unit generates learning file names in a format form including years, months, days, and orders based on the measured time clock data. The learning file generating unit generates reproducible learning files by generating learning information and giving generated learning file names to the learning information at the same time. The learning file setting unit saves the generated learning files in the first mobile storage medium or an interior fixed storing medium selected according to the user`s setting.
