A portable terminal is provided to comprise a connection unit installed between the first body and the second body, thereby connecting a ground of the first body with a ground of the second body by using one unit as generating an opening signal of the second body, consequently the number of components is saved. The second body(50) is connected to the first body(40) in order to be opened and closed thereon. A connection unit(70) connects a ground of the first body with a ground of the second body by being installed between the first body and the second body, and generates an opening signal of the second body when the second body is opened.
