PURPOSE: A lighting device and an optical member are provided to improve light efficiency by simultaneously providing direct light and indirect light. CONSTITUTION: A first connecting terminal(120) is arranged at a center part of a combining member(110). The first connecting terminal is connected with a power driving unit. The optical member includes a lower surface and a side surface. The transmittance property of the side surface is higher than the lower surface. An extension unit is projected from the lower surface. The combining member is combined with a housing. One or more reflectors are arranged between the housing and the combining member. A light source unit(300) is combined with the combining member. The light source unit includes a light source body, a connecting member, and the optical member.
