PURPOSE: A high intensity ultrasound generating apparatus is provided to reduce subcutaneous fat by inducing a rapid temperature rise. CONSTITUTION: A high intensity ultrasound generating apparatus comprises a probe(120) which has a groove for suction at a surgical operation region; a vacuum unit(140) which provides a suction force to the groove; a focused ultrasound conversion unit(160) which is formed to irradiate high intensity focused ultrasound to the surgical operation region; and an image acquisition unit(180) which obtains image information on the irradiated high intensity focused ultrasound.
