PURPOSE: A tooth attachment for identification information and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attach a tooth attachment to a tooth, thereby supplying the semipermanent identification information. CONSTITUTION: A first block(10) comprises an identification tag(20) storing predetermined information. A second block(30) covers the first block and the identification tag. The identification tag includes a barcode or a QR code. The barcode or the QR code is formed with a luminous material. The information includes a name, a resident registration number, a cell phone number, and a telephone number or an address. |
