PURPOSE: A learning method with an active RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag and a learning system thereof are provided to maximize the efficiency of children learning instruction by remotely managing a learning material with the active RFID tag and a user device with an RFID. CONSTITUTION: An active RFID tag with a switch and a sensor is included in learning material. A learning information providing server is managed according to an intrinsic URL recorded in the RFID tag included in the learning material. A web access application or a learning application is provided to a web page or an application store.
