PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a health mortar and health mortar panel is provided to manufacture an environmentally friendly functional panel with a various colors by using a calcium hydroxide powder, coral powder, and a gelatin powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a health mortar and health mortar panel comprises: a step of mixing 30-60 weight% of a natural white powder of 80-100 mesh, 20-30 weight% of a slaked lime powder of 80-100 mesh, and 10-30 weight% of a coral powder; a step of mixing 10-20 weight% of a gelatin powder into a mixture for 3-5 minutes; a step of putting filtrate of suspension at 60-70°C with the weight ratio of 1:0.4-0.7 for 3-5 minutes. A manufacturing method of the slaked lime comprises a step of measuring quicklime with the calcium carbonate content of 85% or more in the filtrate of suspension for 24 hours. The gelatin powder is manufactured by crushing the cooled gelatin granule.
