The present invention relates to an automatic machine (10) for the uninterrupted manufacturing of three-dimensional metallic and reticular cages with transversal stirrups (18) externally formed as regards the longitudinal bars (17) and directly electro-welded on the same, which is constituted mainly by two mutually opposite automatic bending units (23, 24), which operate bilaterally (25), shaped like a circular sector with an external set of teeth, each movable on command on its own horizontal cross member (20) which is fixed at the working height, while the cross member (21) is movable on command vertically to allow the manufacture of transversal stirrups of any size. The lower bending unit (23) works with the two bending arms (25) on the same entry line as the stirrup forming bar, directed upward, and is capable of arranging itself in any point of the sliding plate, while the upper one (24) directs the two bending arms (25) down- ward. Both provide part of the bendings on the same bracket and are also capable of providing the end hooks. Each bending is followed by electro- welding between the bend and the longitudinal longeron (17), The cage manufacturing machine is also capable of automatically electro-welding the non-corner longerons to the straight portions of the transversal stirrup (18). |
