PURPOSE: A fluid dilution detecting device and an automatic cleaning device are provided to improve a marking quality of a marking machine by automatically sensing dilution concentration of fluid, thereby efficiently managing information with respect to a slab and improving a logistics flow of product. CONSTITUTION: A fluid dilution detecting device comprises a tube(100), a first stopper(210), a second stopper(220), a sensing spool(300), and a sensor unit(400). Water and fluid with viscosity larger than the water flow inside the tube. The first stopper is formed in an entry side of an inner wall of the tube. The second stopper is formed in an outgoing side of the inner wall of the tube. The sensing spool is arranged between the first and second stopper. The sensor unit senses the existence of the sensing spool.
