The joins between the various components of a dwelling house are produced so as to eliminate thermal bridges between the inside habitable volume and the outside. For this purpose, the foundations 12 and the external walls 14 are made by pouring concrete 26 in insulating formwork 28 forming an external thermal barrier 28a and an internal thermal barrier 28b, and both the floor 16 and the ceiling are produced so as not to break the external barrier 28a. In addition the floor and the ceiling comprise at least one thermally insulating layer 16a totally covering the internal barrier 28b, while being in contact with the latter. <IMAGE>
