Manually actuated hydraulic control valve for controlling working cylinders. The control valve consists of a housing with at least one bore in which a slide piston is sealed off and arranged in a displaceable manner, and in which a pressure chamber (P), a working chamber (A) and a return chamber (R) are provided which come into operation as a function of the position of the piston (3). Firmly arranged in the working chamber (A) is a sleeve (4), the centre, set-back part of which is provided with radial bores (18) distributed uniformly over the periphery, and the inner margin of which, surrounding the top and bottom opening, is designed as a seat surface (20, 22). The piston (3) displaceable in the bore (2) of the housing (1) is of two-piece design, in which the two parts can be screwed in the area of the sleeve. Both parts of the piston can be provided with seat surfaces (19 and 21) matching the corresponding seat surfaces (20 and 22 resp.) of the sleeve, the distance between the seat surfaces (19, 21) being greater than the height of the sleeve (4) so that the piston is freely displaceable between the top and the bottom seat surface (20, 22) of the sleeve (4). <IMAGE>
