PURPOSE: An automatic forming machine of a roll-type metal sheet is provided to improve productivity and to reduce manufacturing costs by automatically bending and cutting the roll-type metal sheet in a molding process. CONSTITUTION: An automatic forming machine of a roll-type metal sheet comprises a body housing(100), a forming roller(110), a clamp(120), a cutting device(130), and a bending device(140). The forming roller composes an upper roller(111) and a lower roller(112). The upper roller is arranged in the entrance of the body housing and is fixed on a roller rotary shaft(113). The lower roller is supported by the roller rotary shaft under the upper roller. If a metal sheet(1) reaches a predetermined bending position, the clamp clamps the metal sheet to stop transferring the metal sheet. The cutting device cuts the metal sheet. The bending device is installed at the exit of the body housing and is rotated on a rotary shaft(141) to bend the metal sheet. |
