PURPOSE: A system for deterministic testing of a packet error rate in electronic devices and a method thereof are provided to be reached at accurate PER(Packet Error Rate) measurements involving very limited feedback from a DUT(Device Under Test). CONSTITUTION: If a number of data packets from a series of data packets received error-free by a DUT(102) does not equal the predefined number of received error-free data packets, additional data packets are transmitted from a testing device to the DUT. It is evaluated whether a total number of data packets from the series of data packets and the additional data packets received error-free by the DUT equals the predefined number of received error-free data packets. The DUT transmits a confirmation data packet to the testing device in response to the reception of the predefined number of received error-free data packets.
