PURPOSE: A buoyancy unit and an anti-sloshing device with the same are provided to effectively suppress the sloshing of liquid cargo stored in a liquid cargo storage tank in a ship. CONSTITUTION: A buoyancy unit comprises a buoyancy block(110) and a passage forming member(120). The buoyancy block has buoyancy to float on liquid cargo stored in a liquid cargo storage tank. The passage forming member is installed on the buoyancy block by crossing the surface of the buoyancy block, and has a cross-shaped passage. The ends of the passage forming member are positioned on the edge of the buoyancy block.
