<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill and fittings which enable easy height adjustment of a rail and easy drainage of water entering onto the rail. <P>SOLUTION: A sill 22 comprises; a sill body 220; and rail members 31, 32. The sill body 220 is provided with a recessed groove 22A on which the rail member 31 is disposed. The rail member 31 is provided with a projection 314 guiding a sash 41 and adjustment holes 315 formed outside and inside the projection 314 respectively. The recessed groove 22A is disposed with adjusting screws 33 with corresponding to positions of the respective adjustment holes 315, and the rail member 31 is mounted on the top surfaces of the adjusting screws 33. The height positions of the adjusting screws 33 can be adjusted by operation from the adjustment holes 315, and the adjustment holes 315 are also used as a drain hole for draining the water on the rail member 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
