<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a third person of a congestion state by appropriately detecting the congestion state from a taken picture of customers waiting for registration. <P>SOLUTION: When identifying special baskets in a picture of customer waiting for registration which is taken by a customer side camera by analyzing the picture (Step S2 in Fig.5), a sales data processor counts the number of the identified special baskets as a congestion state of the customers waiting for registration (Step S3), displays the number (congestion state) in a guide display corresponding to this ECR (Step S4), transmits it to a terminal device owned by each responsible person (responsible person terminal) (Step S6) and transmits it to a server device in a backyard (Step S7). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
