<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a game from becoming monotonous, in a game machine having a normal electric support state. <P>SOLUTION: In the game machine which performs drawing to determine whether or not to generate a special game state by acquiring a random number value for winning determination by an entry of a game ball to a start winning part and comparing and determining it with a winning determination value and is capable of generating the special game state on the basis of the drawing result, the start winning part includes an open/close type start winning part, wherein a control means stores holding storage data capable of specifying the drawing result corresponding to the entry of the start winning part to a prescribed upper limit value, and when a start condition is established in the state that the holding storage data is stored, a variable display game is executed at a variable display part, and the special game state with the high possibility of opening the open/close type start winning part can be generated.
