<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device of making a hollow baked product. <P>SOLUTION: The hollow baked product can be molded under a high temperature condition, has a cup-like shape solidified during and/or after a molding step, and is at least partly formed of edible baked wafer galette. There are also provided the method and device of making the product. The wafer galette under high temperature moldable conditions is supplied to a deep-drawing hole. A fold area is preliminarily molded by a preliminarily molding device followed by being deep-drawn by a pushing tool in the deep-drawing hole. The fold area of each wafer galette is folded in multilayer during the deep-drawing step by the effect of the preliminary molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
