<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming body which is easily visually determined and has a design and, in particular is suitable for a forgery prevention field, and a determination tool thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A stereoscopic image forming body 1 has first and second light selective reflectors 31 and 32 comprising cholesteric liquid crystal of the same optical characteristics (having left-handed circularly polarized light reflecting characteristics), and the first and second light selective reflectors form stereoscopic images having parallax. Only left-handed circularly polarized light out of light reaching the second light selective reflector 32 is reflected, only left-handed circularly polarized light out of light reaching the first light selective reflector 31 is reflected, and the reflected light is converted to right-handed circularly polarized light in a half-wave layer 13 and reaches a filter A20a and a filter B20b which comprise a quarter-wave layer 22 and linear polarization layers (23a and 23b) and transmit only circularly polarized light only in one direction. Only an image formed by the first light selective reflector is observed with the filter A20a, and only an image formed by the second light selective reflector is observed with the filter B20b, thereby stereoscopic vision is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
