<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage and current detector detecting both voltage and current by a magnetic system that has less number of magnetic material cores and can reduce man-hours and space for installing the magnetic material cores compared to a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic material core 10 provided in a voltage and current detector 1 is integrally formed along with each of: a first circular route R1 and a second circular route R2 which are symmetrically formed with respect to a reference plane F0 and include a first central route R11 along the reference plane F0 in common; and a third circular route R3 and a forth circular route R4 which are symmetrically formed with respect to the reference plane F0, include a second central route R12 along the reference plane F0 in common, and include a first partial route R13 that is a part of the first circular route R1 and a second partial route R14 that is a part of the second circular route R2, respectively.
