<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet post-processing apparatus capable of surely making a fold on a paper sheet. <P>SOLUTION: On a paper sheet bundle P, a fold is made by a first folding roller 506. Thereafter, by a heater unit 560, the part where the fold is made of the paper sheet bundle P is heated for prescribed time. Also, the heater unit 560 is moved so as to be withdrawn from a conveying route of the paper sheet bundle P.
