<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve versatility of a device which adds a time stamp to electronic data and provides a user with it, to facilitate introduction of the device, and to facilitate an operation or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A file (electronic data) for which a guarantee of easiness/certainty of proof of authenticity is desired to be acquired is attached to e-mail, and the e-mail is transmitted from a terminal device 2 to a main server 6. The main server 6 extracts a mail header, mail text, and an attached file from the received e-mail, generates an intermediate document file using them, adds a time stamp to the intermediate document file to generate a file wrapper document file, and transmits the file wrapper document file to the terminal device 2. The main server 6 sets the layout of the file wrapper document file, presence/absence of a password and a transmission method and the like using setting information set to which a mail address that coincides with a mail address described as a destination of the received e-mail is allocated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
