<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable seed and seedling pot sustainable for planting seadlings with a machine, and to provide a tray used for the pot. <P>SOLUTION: The microbial degradable seed and seedling pot for growing seedlings is planted on a field together with seedlings and soil. The seed and seedling pot includes a pot whose microbial degradable upper part is opened, and a biodegradable thick shaft which is stuck in a radial form to from the inside or outside bottom to the side of the pot.
