<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and safe exercise assisting tool suitable for stability training. <P>SOLUTION: Spherical cores 20, which are formed from an elastic member having hardness higher than that of an elemental block, are each buried inside two element blocks 10 that are formed from an elastic member and are in the same shape.
